Who We Are:

Oriental Tours Egypt is a travel agency that has been in operation in the USA and Egypt since 2008 run by a group with over 17 years’ experience in the Egyptian market and Orient in general. We are strategically located in the most luxurious districts of metropolitan New York and Cairo, providing a wide range of travel-related services to the international and domestic markets.

When we started the company we thought it would be a good idea to think in a different way than other travel agencies: we would offer the utmost satisfaction to all valued guests visiting the Orient! From this point of view the idea of establishing our company "Oriental Tours Egypt" came up to mind and we are now a fast growing travel agency, building a reputation for reliability and integrity. We offer all types of tourist service to our valued customers: Nile cruises; hotels; safari and oasis trips; combined desert and diving safaris; historical expedition trips; Nile felucca sailing trips; family oasis trips; trekking/mountain-climbing; camel safaris; 4 wheel drive and motorbikes trips; escorted self-drive safaris; fishing safaris; car rental; transportation; visa services; golfing trips; airline tickets; readymade and tailor made packages; MICE and special groups; meeting facilities; incentives; conferences; exhibitions; meditation groups; religious groups; special events; weddings; anniversaries; birthdays and other special occasions; study groups; handicapped programs; and sports events. Our large network ensures better reliability and trouble free handling of our guests in Egypt, and at the same time we are always trying to do our best to understand the difficult equation of giving our clients the highest quality products with the best possible prices in the market.

We hold a category “A” license from the Egyptian Ministry of Tourism, which allows us to offer the complete range of tourist services, from arranging tours in Egypt to implementing outgoing tours and charter services. With that purpose in mind, we have brought together a group of highly trained professionals in order to provide the highest standards of service at the best possible activities. We are also members of the Egyptian Travel Agents Association (ETAA).

Oriental Tours Egypt is the local ground operator for a number of foreign-based companies. Most foreign travel companies use a service provider, or ground operator, in the local destination to service their product and deliver to their customers the tour that was promised. Oriental Tours Egypt has been fulfilling this role, since 2008, with long and fruitful relationships for a substantial number of American, German, Turkish, and Japanese based travel companies. We continue to hold these contracts and because of this have also expanded to becoming the ground operator for many other travel companies throughout the world. This goes alongside the aforementioned work that we offer our own customers.

What We Offer:

What Oriental Tours Egypt can offer you is the expertise and professionalism of our company and the assurance of quality with the best prices in the market. We provide you with a detailed, day by day, itinerary of the trip, with times and durations; confirmed accommodation in hotels with pre-check-in arrangements; and exclusively tailored programs to suit everyone’s needs. To ensure quality with larger groups, fifteen people or more, we supply a tour-leader to make sure the trip goes smoothly. We also have a booklet of fourteen pre-prepared programs and packages for stays ranging from a stopover of 1 day/1 night to 15 days/14 nights that is available upon request.

We have operational offices, and suppliers, located in Cairo, Luxor, Aswan, and Sharm El Sheikh, as well as representation in El Gouna and Hurghada. This means that we have personnel at every step of the way conducting all of our ground operations. The languages spoken by our staff include English, German, French and Spanish, which helps save any problems with translation.

We provide Nile cruises between Luxor and Aswan for long or short stays, allowing you to see all of the pharaonic monuments in Cairo and Upper Egypt, also with air-conditioned vehicles and experienced guides. We supply air-conditioned transportation and experienced guides to let you see the Greco-Roman sites in Lower Egypt. We also provide a complete service for diving holidays, desert safaris, or golf packages and if you are interested in simply having a relaxing week, we can arrange stays at the beautiful Red Sea resorts of Sharm El Sheikh, Hurghada, El Gouna, Safaga, Quseir, Marsa Alam, Dahab and Taba.

We now have the pleasure to introduce you our special dahabiya Nile cruise boats: the Princess Donia, the Dahabiya Amoura and the Dahabiya Judi. Nothing can prepare you for the experience of silently sailing the Nile aboard our boats: silently because our dahabiyas do not have any engines, wind power and tides supply the momentum (there are tugboats at hand, however, should the boats enter a period of dead calmness) Forget the plethora of luxury hotels, spas, and promises of stress busting treatments; this has to be the ultimate treat for mind, body and soul. Dahabiya translated means “golden boat” and although a dahabiya cruise sounds like a new, albeit exciting, way to explore the wonders of the Nile, you are in fact taking a trip back in time to a time when the country’s royalty and privileged classes guarded their privacy and demanded the very best in comfort and style.

Specialised Work:

If you represent a company whose clients need specialised trips, such as archaeological tours, we can provide an interesting series of lectures and on-site discussions given by professors that specialise in the field of ancient Egyptian civilization and culture, assisted with slides, video tapes, and a CD room, in various languages. We can also provide you with special customised programs: just simply send us the following information about the group(s).

The category of hotels and cruises they wish to use (3, 4, or 5 star)*. We divide the 5 star hotels and cruises into three categories,according to prices and the quality of their food and service.The 3 and 4 star hotels are subdivided into two categories, each based on the same criteria used in the five star hotels.
