Day1:Cairo - International Arrival

Upon your arrival to Cairo International Airport, one of Oriental Tour’s representative will welcome you and assist you to finish your paper and assist you with your luggage. You would ride our modern A/C vehicle. During your way to the hotel our representative will explain to you more about Cairo tour package. Upon your arrival to your hotel in Cairo our representative will help you in the check in process. Afterwards, you will start your Cairo Tour Package & Alexandria Special Day Tour by attending the Sound and Light show at the pyramids. After finishing the show, you will back to your hotel for overnight and having some rest.

Day2:Cairo - Tour

Once you have had your breakfast, you will start one of our fabulous tour with your private guide who will meet you and take you on a full day tour of Cairo-Giza to see the world famous pyramids and sphinx. You will gaze in awe at the magnificent Great Pyramid of Khufu (Cheops), the pyramids of Khafre (Chephren), and Menkaure (Mycerinos), This is in addition to the magnificent Sphinx. A quick break for lunch and you will then be taken to the Egyptian Museum with the golden Death Mask of Tutankhamun. You will be driven back to your Cairo hotel.

Day3:Cairo - Alexandria

Enjoy the savor of your breakfast at hotel. Transfer by air-conditioned van to Alexandria amazing city where you can discover Catacomb of Kom El-Shokafa, the Qaitbey Fort, Library of Alexandria, the Montazah Palace and Complex, & the Roman amphitheater. We would be having a break and enjoy lunch at local restaurant, and then drive back to Cairo, overnight in Cairo.

Day4:Cairo - International Departure

After having your breakfast, our representative will assist you in check-out process and help you with your luggage declaring the end of your Cairo tour package and transfer you to Cairo international Airport for your departure.

General Notes :

Published Prices are valid the whole year Except high seasons, X Mas, New year and Easter period, please contact us to receive supplements info@orientaltoursegypt.com.
Bookings are subject to hotel availabilities, in case hotel is fully booked a suitable alternative of same offered Standard and quality hotel will be booked.
Hotels, airlines, extra nights and extra tours are available upon request.
Children rates are based on 1 child under 12 years old sharing parents room without extra bed, in case extra bed is requested there will be a supplement.

Payment Policy:

25% deposit payment is requested upon signing up for your chosen package through our credit card payment channel or by receiving online payment invoice.
The balance due of 75% is requested one month before the arrival, our operations team will be sending to you an online payment invoice to settle the balance due then you will be receiving all travel documents related to your trip.

Tipping advice:

The tip is not included in the trip price so all the working staff is expecting to be tipping and this only if you were satisfied with your trip/services and of course this is not compulsory and will advise you later the tipping figure.

Cancellation policy

Cancellations should be in writing and be acknowledgeable by oriental tours team, the cancellation charges are as follows:

Cancellation received prior to Arrival more than 60 days, there will be only 10% deducted from administrative fees.
60-31 Days will be against 50% cancellation fees of the total package Amount.
30-15 days will be against 75% cancellation fees of the total package Amount.
Less than 15 days will be against 80% cancellation fees.
No show will be 100% cancellation fees
